We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join a dynamic marketing and communications team. You’ll play a key part in designing impactful visuals that support both internal and client marketing goals across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Craft visually engaging graphics for a variety of platforms including digital, print, presentations, and social media.
Conceptualization: Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts that clearly communicate client messages.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely delivery.
Visual Storytelling: Transform complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives.
Digital & Print Design: Develop creatives for social media, websites, brochures, event collaterals, etc.
Photo Editing: Retouch and enhance imagery to align with overall design aesthetics.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, especially in the lifestyle, F&B, and hospitality spaces, to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Client Interaction: Understand client requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality outputs that exceed expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of agency experience, particularly in lifestyle, F&B, and hospitality sectors. A strong, diverse portfolio is required. Case studies showcasing brand building on social media will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Video editing skills are a plus.
Creative Eye: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
Communication Skills: Ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
Team Orientation: Collaborative and proactive team player.
Adaptability: Receptive to feedback and always looking to improve.
