Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and curate innovative menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion control, and hygiene standards.
Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen SOPs.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and food cost control, reducing waste and optimizing resources.
Collaborate with management to plan special events, promotions, and new menu launches.
Handle vendor relationships and procurement of fresh ingredients.
Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Education & Qualifications:
Graduation in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts or a related field preferred.
Specialized training or certification in culinary techniques is a plus.
Key Competencies & Skills:
