Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

  • Develop and curate innovative menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion control, and hygiene standards.

  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen SOPs.

  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and food cost control, reducing waste and optimizing resources.

  • Collaborate with management to plan special events, promotions, and new menu launches.

  • Handle vendor relationships and procurement of fresh ingredients.

  • Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts or a related field preferred.

  • Specialized training or certification in culinary techniques is a plus.

Key Competencies & Skills:
