Business Development Executive - Fresher

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business calls or meetings with prospective clients to generate leads.
• Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting client objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts or agreements as needed.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople with mentorship and guidance.

Required Knowledge in Sales Strategies:

• Bidding (Online Software): Familiarity with platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, etc.
• Email Marketing: Knowledge in creating customized email drafts and presenting via email.
• Cold Calling: Experience in reaching out to old leads or generating new leads from prospective markets.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent time management and planning skills to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
