Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Equity Research Analyst with a focus on Index, Futures & Options, and Commodities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of price action, smart money concepts, and charting, with expertise in executing options strategies and in-depth knowledge of derivatives pricing.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Price Action & Charting Expertise:

    • Deep proficiency in price action analysis, Smart Money Concepts, Mid-Small Cap Swing Trading, and advanced charting techniques.
    • Expertise in VCP (Volume Contraction Pattern) and Base Structure Proficiency for identifying trading opportunities.

  2. Options Markets Understanding:

    • In-depth understanding of options markets, including pricing models, volatility, and the impact of macroeconomic factors on options movements.
    • Proficient in analyzing and applying derivatives pricing models and Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega, and Rho).

  3. Trade Execution & Strategy Implementation:

    • Expertise in executing and managing index option buying strategies across multiple indices.
    • Skilled in the use of advanced pricing models, open interest analysis, and volatility metrics (both implied and historical) to refine strategies and optimize trade execution.

  4. Algorithmic Trading Experience:

    • Experience with automated and algorithmic trading systems for efficient trade execution and strategy implementation.
    • Strong familiarity with market analysis tools to identify trading opportunities and enhance performance.

  5. Data-Driven Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to leverage market data and analysis tools to identify potential trading opportunities and refine strategies for improved performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduation in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.). A post-graduation or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in charting software and advanced analytical tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Personal Attributes: Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
