- Maintaining cordial relationships with the company, distributor, dealer, and clients.
- Ensuring product targets are consistently met.
- Providing timely market feedback to help boost market share.
- Carrying out market development activities such as Plumber Meet, Mason Meet, and Architect Meet.
- Promoting high-end products through Specifiers and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
