Sr. Project Engineer – Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and safety regulations.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and within the timeline.
3. Perform project planning, resource allocation, and quality control throughout all phases of the project.
4. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols as per NEBOSH standards.
5. Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
6. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans during project execution.
7. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
8. Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to Saudi Aramco projects.
3. Certifications:
   • NEBOSH certification for safety compliance (Mandatory).
   • PMP certification (Preferred).
4. Technical Skills:
   • Proficient in Saudi Aramco standards and guidelines.
   • Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
5. Other Requirements:
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
