Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients seeking guidance on personal, academic, or career-related issues.
• Assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress through regular follow-ups.
• Provide support and strategies to help clients cope with various challenges, including stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote clients’ well-being and development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
• Stay updated on counseling techniques, mental health issues, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
