HR policies, rules, systems, and practices for India

 Identifying key action areas through the Employee Pulse Survey, Exit Interviews, Trend Analysis and

controlling the voluntary attrition with high focus on top talent retention

 Liaise between departments or other groups to improve function or communication

 Advise others on legal or regulatory compliance matters

 Recommend organizational process or policy changes

 Administer compensation or benefits programs
