The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact and "force multiplier" for the General Manager. This is an "all-task" specialist role requiring a proactive professional who can manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and ensure no task falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional with a sharp memory and a relentless approach to follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience & Education
Experience: Minimum 3+ years as an EA or PA to Senior Management.
Education: Graduation is flexible, but a specialized course in Business Administration or Executive Support is a plus.
Industry: Open (Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments is preferred).
2. Technical & Language Skills
English Proficiency: Must have a clear speaking accent and excellent vocabulary. Written English must be flawless.
Tech Savvy: Expert level in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern task management tools.
3. Personal Attributes (The "Must-Haves")
Cognitive Speed: Quick thinker with a sharp memory for names, dates, and project details.
Persistence: Master of follow-ups—ability to push for results while remaining cordial and professional.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently during the 3-month remote phase without a drop in productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Calendar Management: Act as the gatekeeper for the GM’s time, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and ensuring daily priorities are met.
The "Follow-Up" Master: Track all delegated tasks across the organization and ensure timely completion. You are responsible for closing the loop on all open items.
Global Communication: Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations. Maintain a high standard of written and verbal English to interact with international stakeholders.
Logistics & Coordination: (Post-relocation) Manage travel itineraries, visa processes, and local coordination in Jeddah.
Information Management: Maintain strict confidentiality and a "quick-access" filing system for all critical business data.
