We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial growth in the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of navigating the unique business landscape of KSA, driving multi-million dollar revenue streams, and building high-performing sales teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10–12 years of core sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Middle East (KSA experience is mandatory).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.
Skills:
Expertise in B2B sales cycles and large-scale project acquisition.
Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and business culture.
Exceptional command of English; Arabic fluency is a significant advantage.
Advanced analytical, forecasting, and CRM proficiency.
