Job Description: Manager / Sr. Manager / Asst. GM – E-commerce Logistics

Location: Kuwait (Final interview in Mumbai or Delhi)
Compensation Package:

Basic Salary: KD 800

Accommodation Allowance: KD 250–300

Fuel, Mobile, and Company Car provided

Benefits as per Kuwait Labour Law

Experience Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business growth in cross-border and last mile delivery logistics for e-commerce.
Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and revenue in Kuwait and GCC.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Understand and tailor logistics solutions based on customer needs.
Coordinate with operations, customs, and warehouse teams to maintain service quality.
Monitor KPIs such as delivery success rate, transit time, and cost efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new services or regions.

Candidate Profile:

Deep understanding of global e-commerce logistics and last mile delivery.
Proven sales management and client relationship skills.
Knowledge of customs, cross-border shipping, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
