Develop operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage team performance, ensuring adherence to safety and handling standards.
Maintain client relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
Coordinate logistics and resources for packing, loading, transporting, and delivery activities.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Lead vendor and subcontractor negotiations and manage contracts.
Candidate Profile:
