• Summary:
• We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize
daily operations across all printing departments. This includes managing staff,
machines, and production timelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Candidates must have deep knowledge of offset printing, die cutting, lamination,
folding, gluing, and finishing.
• Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules •
Manage workflow across all departments (printing, die-cutting, finishing)
• Ensure job quality and minimize production errors
• •Lead and develop production teams
• Coordinate with sales, estimation, and procurement departments
• Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and capacity planning
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
