Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions, driving employee engagement, managing talent acquisition processes, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle both strategic and operational HR responsibilities effectively.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Lead HR analytics to monitor and improve HR processes
- Coordinate and conduct employee performance appraisals and evaluations
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Organize and conduct training and development programs
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Assist in HR budgeting and forecasting
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Education:
- Graduation: Human Resources, Management, or Administration
- Post-Graduation: Required
- Languages Known: English and Arabic
- Personal Attributes: Female, over 25 years old, smart, well-respected, good-looking
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage HR functions effectively
- Knowledge of HR analytics
- Good understanding of legal compliance in HR
