We are seeking an experienced Urologist with expertise in cystoscopy and laparoscopic procedures. The ideal candidate should possess the following capabilities:

Performing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic urological procedures, including cystoscopy and laparoscopic surgeries.
Managing patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a range of urological conditions.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Maintaining comprehensive patient records and ensuring compliance with medical protocols and guidelines.
Supervising and mentoring junior doctors and trainees (if applicable).

Experience & Qualifications Required

Experience: Minimum 5 years in government institutions, teaching hospitals, or private hospitals with a DNB program.
Qualifications: MS/DM/MCH/DNB as applicable according to the specialty.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: QAR 40,000 – 45,000 per month.
Incentives: Additional incentives for procedures and investigations (expected total take-home salary of QAR 75,000 – 80,000 per month).
Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years.
